Dear students,
Welcome back from fall break. Hopefully, you are familiar with some of our most well-known resources for your well-being by now. For a refresher, check out my September message, as well as steps to take when you’re sick.
There are also some less obvious actions. As you head into an especially busy part of the semester, consider trying one of these:
- Visit Hawkeye at an upcoming therapy dog visit.
- Join an intramural sports team, including basketball, wheelchair basketball, or pickleball.
- Make a difference by donating blood during our annual Blood Battle against OSU. Head to the Diag today from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the kickoff event with free food and more.
- Manage election-related stress through the counseling center’s special resources designed just for the election, and check out some tips for de-stressing during the election cycle from Wolverine Wellness.
