Dear students,
As we approach finals, colder weather, and a notoriously busy time of year, take stock of your health and wellness tools, especially those you can use when you are away from campus.
- Access teletherapy sessions anywhere in the United States and many other countries, with same-day and after-hours appointments.
- For urgent mental health help, call or text 988 any time, day or night.
- Browse the Well-being Toolkit for personal reflection tools.
- As cliché as it sounds, go outside. Even brief moments of fresh air and sunshine can immediately improve your well-being. Check out the Nature Rx app to explore places on campus.
- CAPS still has two more drop-in sessions on election stress for anyone interested in a quiet space for reflection. And OSCR is hosting an event specifically for international students tomorrow, November 15 (registration is required).
I hope you all have a restful Thanksgiving break and come back ready for a strong finish to the semester.
Stay healthy, Wolverines,
