In an unprecedented effort to control the spread of a new virus, the Chinese government has closed off the city of Wuhan, restricting the movements of its more than 11 million citizens. So far, according to official WHO reports as of February 25, the novel coronavirus, called COVID-19, has sickened more than 80,000 people worldwide.
