Dear students,
Whether you have traveled to distant destinations or stayed closer to home, remember you have access to free resources for your individual wellness and mental health, even over the summer.
- CAPS in University Health and Counseling is open. Schedule an initial consultation through your MyUMHealth Portal or call 734-764-8312. CAPS also provides same-day support for urgent needs—just walk in or call during regular operating hours. And whenever CAPS is closed, call 734-764-8312 to speak with a mental health professional 24/7.
- Virtual counseling services are accessible through Uwill from almost anywhere in the world. Uwill has a deep list of providers with diverse experiences and backgrounds and has same-day and after-hours appointments.
- Wellness Coaching through Wolverine Wellness is available throughout the summer, either virtually or in-person, via an online scheduler.
- Students registered in the previous winter term now have free access to Michigan Rec facilities over the summer, including the Hadley Family Recreation & Well-Being Center, which is NOW OPEN and ready to help you reach your fitness and well-being goals!
You deserve to be the best version of yourself you can be. U-M is here to support you throughout your journey. Enjoy the rest of your summer, and we look forward to seeing you in August.
Stay healthy, Wolverines,
Rob Ernst
