Dear students,
The end of the semester is right around the corner. Whether you look forward to the championship parade this weekend, graduation in just over three weeks, or the warmer and brighter days ahead, I hope you find moments of joy and celebration during this very busy time of year.
Don’t forget these resources before you leave campus:
- Try free Group-X Classes: Need a break from studying? Enjoy free Group-X classes from April 22-28, including cycling, Pilates, cardio kickboxing, and more.
- If you are interested in long-acting contraception, contact the health service: Make an appointment during a special upcoming clinic or at a time that works for you. UHC offers many other gynecology and sexual health services too.
- Check out special end-of-year events, like the UMix Nostalgia Night or the End of the Year Bash.
And remember these resources over the summer:
- Access free virtual counseling sessions through Uwill anywhere in the U.S. and in many other countries, with same-day and after-hours appointments available. This is especially useful over the summer when you are off campus.
- Stay connected with your peers: join Togetherall– a supportive and inclusive online peer-to-peer mental health community.
- If you are traveling internationally, register your trip and enroll in travel abroad health insurance. These resources are available both for study abroad and personal travel.
Stay healthy, Wolverines,
