The required childhood immunizations are:
- Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine
- Meningococcal A (MenACWY) vaccine
- Polio vaccine
- Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap) vaccine
- Chicken pox/varicella vaccine
